Download the App
Download the Cashvivo app from the App Store or Google Play and create a free account. To fund CashVivo transactions, you can use a bank account or credit card – but your recipient only needs the CashVivo app and access to a CashVivo compatible ATM to withdraw their payment
Find Your Recipient
Select your payment recipient using their e-mail address or mobile number – they will receive all the necessary instructions for receiving their payment via CashVivo.
Confirm Payment
Confirm the amount and select when the payment should be sent – your recipient will receive an automatic notification via text message to download the CashVivo app if they don’t already have it, and will receive a custom transaction ID for your payment once installed.
Withdraw Payment
Your recipient enters their transaction ID from the CashVivo app into a compatible ATM, then automatically receives a secondary security code via text message. After entering both codes into the CashVivo compatible ATM, they can receive their cash instantly!
